OTS Sanctioned Edison Tournaments!

In an email sent out to Official Tournament Stores (OTS), Konami announced several new alternative, yet officially sanctioned tournament types. 

The "Time Wizard" format allows stores to sanction legacy formats such as: Edison, Goat, HAT, ETC.
